At MKZ Yazılım (Mehmet Ateş) ("the Company", "we"), we value the privacy of your personal data. This text explains how your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
2. Personal Data We Collect
We process the following personal data while providing our services:
- Identity and contact information: full name, phone number, e-mail address
- Customer/company information: company name, service and subscription records
- WhatsApp communication data: the content of the messages you send us, your phone number, and your WhatsApp profile name
- Transaction information: domain/hosting renewal dates, invoice and payment records
3. Use of the WhatsApp Business API
Our company uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp Cloud API) provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to communicate with its customers.
- When you send us a message via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are recorded in our system for customer service and customer management (CRM) purposes.
- Informational messages such as domain/hosting renewal reminders may be sent to you via WhatsApp in accordance with the relevant legislation and your consent.
- Data transmitted via WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy and data processing terms.
4. Instagram & Facebook Messenger Mesajları
Şirketimiz, müşterileriyle iletişim kurmak için Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. tarafından sağlanan Instagram Direct ve Facebook Messenger (Messenger Platform / Instagram API) hizmetlerini kullanır.
- Instagram veya Facebook sayfamıza mesaj gönderdiğinizde; mesaj içeriğiniz, kullanıcı kimliğiniz ve adınız, müşteri hizmetleri ve müşteri yönetimi (CRM) amacıyla sistemimize kaydedilebilir.
- Bu veriler yalnızca size yanıt vermek ve talebinizi karşılamak için işlenir; üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla satılmaz veya devredilmez.
- Meta kuralları gereği, mesajınıza yalnızca son mesajınızdan itibaren 24 saatlik pencere içinde yanıt gönderebiliriz.
- Instagram ve Messenger üzerinden iletilen veriler ayrıca Meta'nın kendi gizlilik politikası ve veri işleme koşullarına tabidir.
- Verilerinizin silinmesini istediğinizde info@mkzyazilim.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Responding to customer requests and providing technical support
- Carrying out service, domain, and hosting processes
- Sending renewal and payment reminders
- Managing invoicing and contract processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing (KVKK Art. 5)
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, our company's legitimate interest, your explicit consent, and our legal obligations.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be shared, on a limited basis and in connection with the processing purpose, with the hosting providers we work with, WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, e-invoice integrators, and legally authorized public institutions/organizations. Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose and for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
8. Your Rights Under KVKK (Art. 11)
As the owner of personal data, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request its deletion or destruction
- To object to the processing

9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures (encryption, access control, secure server infrastructure) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
